- Setting up is free; going live needs a plan. Your account's first plan is free for 14 days: Stripe takes your card at checkout and charges it when the trial ends, unless you cancel first.
- No commission on bookings or chair rent, ever. Clients pay you at the appointment; Venuvia never touches that money.
- A seat in someone's team costs you nothing: the team's owner pays for it. If the seat ends, you keep your page, clients and appointments, and stay live for 14 days; after that, Solo keeps you live. Renting a chair is not a seat: the venue's plan never covers a renter.
- If a payment fails, you stay live for 7 days while you update your card. If a plan ends, new bookings pause; existing appointments, reminders and client links keep working.
- Prices exclude VAT. Plans are paid and managed on the web, through Stripe.
